We believe in excellent customer service and share a passion for the mountain lifestyle experience. We recognized the vacation home owners’ needs and guests needs weren't being met through traditional property management companies and have come up with a great solution for all.
Our team is led by Managing Partner Grey Schuhmacher and supported by Vacation Rental Specialist Matt Patterson. Grey has a dual BSBA degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing, as well as 10 years in hotel and property management. Our Winter Park team is supported by our guest service and administrative team located in Denver, Colorado.
Winter Park Rentals By Owner is part of the Resortia Rentals By Owner network which began in 2003 serving the needs of homeowners and guests in Vail, Colorado. Over the past few years we have expanded to premium destinations to become the largest independent vacation rental agency in the Rockies including Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snowmass, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Winter Park, Deer Valley, Park City, Jackson Hole, Keystone, Big Sky and Crested Butte.
